My house in Nutley was listed with Carl & Linda twice, first time the house needed some updating and make the house less cluttered the price I asked for was OK for that period was seen by a few buyers but no luck it needed some work, then I liste the house again after I made expansions, new kitchen and bath rooms it made a difference.
